Program Description: Prenatal Yoga is a course designed for healthy women in all trimesters of pregnancy. This particular class is a meditative Hatha style yoga that consists of postures and stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation and meditation exercises. Prenatal yoga focuses on areas of the body that need stretching and strengthening during pregnancy.
Our instructor, Kiro Kopulos, has been a life long student and practitioner of Hatha yoga and meditation. He has been teaching for 27 years.
Required Equipment: Please bring your own yoga mat.
A Physician's consent is required in order to participate in this program. Upon registration you will be mailed the proper forms.
