Program Description: This class will explore a wider variety of standing, seated and reclining positions, with an emphasis on proper alignment and the integration of breath with movement. Guided imagery will also be included to introduce participants to meditation.
Required Equipment: Please bring your own yoga mat.
Prerequisite: If you have no yoga experience, please try our Introduction to Hatha Yoga first.
