This class will familiarize participants with a wider variety of standing, seated and reclining positions including an introduction to sun salutations, yogic flow and shoulder stands (optional). Attention is given to the quality of alignment and the integration of breath with movement. Guided imagery will also be included to introduce participants to meditation. If you have no yoga experience, try our Introduction to Hatha Yoga first.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Beginners are welcome, but please no first timers.
