Easing the Stress Mindfulness Workshop

Mindfulness is the ability to bring our awareness into the moment and witness whatever shows up without evaluation or judgment.  Explore pathways to peace and calm using the tools of easy stretches, gentle walking, and sitting quietly while following the breath.  No experience required. Benefits include freeing the body of tension, clearing the mind of stress and opening the heart to express love and compassion.  Participants are encouraged to wear loose comfortable clothing.
