Program Description: This class provides basic instruction in yoga positions and breathing exercises. Participants will also explore relaxation techniques to help relieve the body of tension and de-stress the mind. Self acceptance and compassionate living are also emphasized. This is a great class for first timers and individuals who are interested in a gentle approach to yoga.
Required Equipment: Please bring your own yoga mat.
