Introduction to Hatha Yoga (The Basics)


This class provides basic instruction in yoga positions and breathing exercises. Participants will also explore relaxation techniques to help relieve the body of tension and de-stress the mind. Self acceptance and compassionate living are also emphasized. This is a great class for first timers and individuals who are interested in a gentle approach to yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat.
