To cancel your registration you must call Health Works at least 3 business days before the first scheduled class.  If you cancel within the accepted timeframe, you may receive a credit for the full amount, or receive a refund less a $10 service charge.  If you cancel less than 3 business days before the first scheduled class, you will not receive a refund or credit.

In the event that Health Works must cancel a class due to weather conditions, low enrollment, or an ill instructor, a make-up date will be provided or a refund check will be mailed to you in the amount of the cost for the missed class(es).  Dean & St. Mary's Health Works reserves the right to cancel a class at any time.

Discount Eligibility

You may be eligible for a discount!  All discounts must be taken at the time of registration, otherwise no discount will be given.  Only one type of discount may be used at a time.  If any of the following apply to you, enter the corresponding Promotion Code when registering to receive the discount.

Substitution Policy:

We are unable to offer substitutions for classes missed, for any reason.  We ask that participants attend only the classes for which they have registered.

Instructor Changes:

We reserve the right to change the assigned instructor at any time, without notice.  If the scheduled instructor cannot attend and no substitute is available, class(es) may be cancelled.

Severe Weather:

Severe weather may result in cancellation of class(es), at our discretion.  Participants will be notified by phone of any cancellations, and will be informed of the scheduled make-up date and/or applicable refunds.

Program Participation Forms:

Participation may be denied to those who fail to complete and return required forms (i.e., physician or participant consent forms) when they are required.
